Regulile următoare se constituie drept acord între 10Bet şi clienţii săi. Înregistrându-te la 10Bet declari înţelegerea deplină şi acceptarea acestor reguli.

1. Clientul îşi asumă răspunderea solidară pentru declararea datelor de contact şi detaliilor de pltată, drept cele mai recente.
2. Pentru a paria clienţii trebuie să aibă vârsta de cel puţin 18 ani. 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul de a solicita dovada, prin document, a vârstei şi să anuleze contractul de înregistrare până când se prezintă documentul.
3. Cade în responsabilitatea clientului să se asigure că detaliile privind user-name şi de siguranţă sunt confidenţiale. În caz că un client se teme că nu le va mai putea asigura, este obligatoriu să ne notifice de îndatăorice tranzacţie sub username-ul anterior este răspunderea clientului.
4. Clienţii nu vor puteaanula sau schimba un pariu după ce a fost înregistratşi confirmat.
5. Înainte de a înregistra un pariu clientul trebuie şi este în responsabilitatea sa să verifice dacă legile acestei ţări din care transmite înregistrarea pariului, îi permit să o facă.
6. 10Bet este licenţiată să accepte pariuri telefonic sau internet în baza legiilor din Marea Britanie privind jocurile de noroc.
7. 10Bet acceptă pariuri online sau telefonic. Pariurile nu sunt acceptate în vreo altă formă (e-mail, fax, etc.) şi dacă vor fi primitesuntanulate chiar dacăsunt câştigătoare sau nu .
8. 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul să refuze orce pariu sau parte din pariu înainte de începerea jocurilor, fără a da vreo justificare.
9. 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul de a declara nevalabile unul sau maimulte pariuri înregistrate de o persoană sau grup de persoane prin care se acţionează şi se dovedeşte că ne fraudează. Dacă apare o serie de pariuri fiecare, (pariu) conţinând aceeaşi alegere, fiind pariată de către sau pentru o persoană sau un colectiv, 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul de a o declara nulă şi şterge conturile. Această regulă se aplică atât pariurilor convenite cât şi celor neconvenite.
   A) Câştigurile vor fi creditate în contul clientului de îndată ce se confirmă rezultatul final.
   B) Potrivit legii dinMarea Britanie, 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul de a cere dovada vârstei şi să întreprendăverificări pentru a se convinge că declaraţia este corectă.
10. 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul de adeclara nul orice pariu care fusese anterioracceptat decă se dovedeşte că în cont nu erau suficienţi bani pentru a acoperi valoarea pariului. Dacă nusuntsuficiente fonduri urmare chiar depuneri de alte sume pentru un pariu anulat, de partea care a prelucrat plaţile, 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul de a anula orice pariu care arfi fost acceptat retroactiv.
11. Dacă se creditează, din greşeala, sume în contul clientului, clientul trebuie să notifice 10Bet, fără intârziere eroarea, orice câştig care ca urmare greseli de creditare vor fi considerate nevalidate şi vor fi returnate la 10Bet.
12. Limba decomunicare a prezentelor condiţiişi termene este engleza. În ciuda grijei pe care am acordato traducerilor, în caz de dificultate de înţelegere în întregime a unei clauze din aceste condiţii şi termene, numai versiunea în engleză rămâne cea valabilă.

14. Se acceptă pariuri până la ora sau data publicată pentru start. Dacă un pariu este inadvertent acceptat fapt ce include şi un evniment după ora sau data startului, meciul (pe care sa pariat) este considerat ‘non-competitor’.
15. Pariurile multiple care combină diverse alegeri în cadrul aceluiaşi eveniment nu sunt acceptate atâta timp cât venitul unuia afectează sau este afectate de celălalt. Dacă din eroare se preia un astfel de pariu va fi reglementat ca două pariuri simple (cu partea de pariu în mod egal divizată).
16. ‘Pariurile condiţionate’ sunt reglementate în ordinea în care ele apar pe cuponul de pariu până ce toţi bani puşi deoparte au fost folosiţi. Dacă bani alocaţi sau reportaţi la selecţia următoare sunt insuficienţi pentru a răspunde instrucţiunilor dumneavostră alegera va fi reglementată proporţionalcu sumadisponibilă.
17. 10Bet nu îşiasumă responsabilitatea pentru erori de tipărire, umane sau vizibile care au condus la eroride preţ evidente. În acest caz toate pariurile vor fi considerate nule.
18. 10Bet nu va fi răspunzător pentru distrugeri sau pierderi gânditesau presupuse a fi datorat site-ului de web sau conţinutului incluzând, fără vreo limitare,întârzieri sau întrerupteri în funcţionare sau transmisie, pierdere sau corupere de date, comunicare datorată căderii liniei, folosiri înnecunoştiinţă de cauză de către vreo persoana a site-uluisau conţinutului său, sau orice fel de erori sau omisiuni în cauză.
19. Câştigul maxim al unui client în orice zi depariuri înregistrate pe acestwebsite este 100.000₤ sau echivalent.
20. 10Bet nu permite clienţilor individuali să-şi creeze conturi duplicate, clienţii care au creat conturi duplicat le vor avea suspendate.
21. Suma minimă pentru un pariu este 1 unitate monetară.
22. 10Bet îşi rezervă dreptul de a oferi la un anumit pariu prime mai scăzute decât la pariurile simple.
23. .Recomandăm ca deţinătorul de card să păstreze evidente/ inregistrări ale informaţilor de la toate tranzacţiile, reguli de joc, reguli de anulare şi metode de plată pentru a evita viitoare neînţelegeri.
24. Toate pariurile vor fi prelucrate deîndară ce au fost plasate şi s-a confirmat acceptarea.
25. Deşi se depun eforturi să asigurăm că informaţiile de pe site referitoare la un eveniment sunt corecte, ele trebuie folosite doar ca un ghid. În caz că vreo informaţie specială (referitoare la scor, ora jocului, etc.) se dovedeşte incorectă nu nu asumăm responsabilitatea pentru aşa ceva. 26. După confirmarea rehlementări sumelor tranzacţionate clientul poate paria neîntârziat.
